Our Team
Bruce Deichl
-
President
Mr. Deichl has over 35 years of leadership experience in the banking/investment
industries. He is in his eighth year as president of Tax Transfer Corporation.
Prior to this, he was president of Royal Capital where he specialized
in reverse mergers and was involved with four successful mergers. Before
that, he was an institutional municipal bond salesman for Thomson McKinnon
Securities and Marine Midland Bank. Mr. Deichl was also a director for
the Marty Lyons Foundation, which grants special wishes for terminally
ill children, for 12 years and founded the New Jersey chapter, which he
chaired for five years. He has acted as an advisor to several other states
considering similar tax credit programs. Mr. Deichl earned a BA in Economics
from the University of Notre Dame in 1969.
Gina Andrew - Chief
Operating Officer
Ms. Andrew started with Tax Transfer on the very first day in October
of 1998 when TTC was just an idea. She has worked her way up over the past eight years to Chief Operating Officer.
Ms. Andrew’s duties have escalated to handling every aspect of our
company from working with new and existing clients to the overwhelming
job of writing applications, getting our clients approved to preparing
and executing buy/sell agreements and closing our clients transactions.
Gina has over 15 years experience as an administrative liaison/ operations
manager, and is in her eighth year with TTC. Her responsibilities include
new business development, client communications, liaison between NJEDA
and the Department of Taxation, preparation of applications, and execution
of their submission to NJEDA. She also coordinates the approval and finalization
of all aspects of the closings. Ms. Andrew graduated cum laude from Jersey
City State College, with a BA in Communications.
Joseph L. Guerriero -
Special Projects Coordinator/Account Executive
Mr. Guerriero has joined Tax Transfer as Special Projects Coordinator/Account
Executive. Mr. Guerriero brings to TTC 6 years of project and marketing
experience with a financial institution in Connecticut. He was brought
on board to maximize the services we can provide for our clients. Mr.
Guerriero has organized and implemented a virtual archive so that
the incredible amount of information our clients need to furnish each
year will be minimal on a moving forward basis. In addition, is will be
responsible for advertising and promotions, new business development,
as well as the preparation and submission of applications to NJEDA. Mr.
Guerriero received an MBA and a BA in marketing communications from Quinnipiac
University, where he also played Division 1 Ice Hockey.
Isidor D. Friedenberg - Legal
Liaison
Mr. Friedenberg has over 30 years of legal experience in the corporate
environment. Mr. Friedenberg'S duties include all aspects of the closing
process including review of seller agreements, buyer agreements, buy/sell
agreements and the actual certificates. Upon receipt of the issued certificate
Mr. Friedenberg distributes funds to each participating selling company.
He has handled over 100 closings on behalf of TCC. He has earned degrees
from Yeshiva University, Benjamin J. Cardozo School of Law and Temple
University School of Law.
